This application is not to be used for business purpose loans, student loans or a loan where land or a house will be used for collateral. Please contact one of our many bank locations for business purpose loans, student loans, or a loan where land or a house will be used for collateral.
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for a loan. Approval of the loan is subject to First Financial Bank credit criteria. The Bank makes loans without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap, familial status, age or marital status.
Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. The Bank may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. In some instances, the Bank may use outside sources to confirm the information. The information you provide is protected by the Bank's privacy policy and federal law.
I understand that the Bank will retain this application whether or not the loan is approved. The Bank is authorized to check my credit and employment history and to answer questions about the Bank's credit experience with me.
